This room is all about clothing and fabric. Collections include, among many items, shoes, dresses, hats, uniforms and quilts. Artifacts include an antique wooden loom, a sock-sewing machine, a feinting couch (necessary due to tight waistlines in dresses), a beaver hat, and a fabulous Victorian lady's shell jacket. You'll find a seamstress on duty at all times.
